Below, you will find all the different ways that we are here to help make sure you have the best CodeGuard experience possible! Our Support Center and FAQ page are full of helpful information. In case you aren’t able to find help there, you can always submit a support ticket or give us a call!
All of our support articles are available in our Support Center. To access these helpful articles, visit codeguard.com/support.
To submit a support ticket, you will need to log into your CodeGuard account and click “Support” at the top of the screen. You will be brought to the internal support portal. While you’re here, feel free to search or browse our support articles as your question might just have an answer here! If you still can’t find the answer to your question, click “Submit a request” at the top of your screen.
If you are already logged into your CodeGuard account, you can also access the Support Center directly to create a support ticket.

We offer phone support for all sales questions as well as support for plans purchased through CodeGuard.com. If you receive your billing invoice from your hosting provider or another third party, please contact them first for assistance.
